These
typical vaudois sausages can can be eaten cold or warm.
To serve warm, simmer the Botato in lightly boiling water for
2 to 2.5 hours. Remove from water and wrap in a cheese cloth for
5 to 10 minutes. The last step is important to keep in the moisture.
Slice and serve with salad.
